World Link students organized many successful projects for Global Youth Service Day this year. Their hard work and dedication raised an impressive $24,000 along with numerous donations for various charitable causes.
There was a wide variety of projects including bake sales, cultural nights, and donation drives. Khulangoo from Mongolia shared her love of badminton with special-need students. Faiz from India taught his peers how to make his traditional cuisine for a charitable cause. Karl from Estonia put on a thrifty fashion show!
There were many great projects. After tirelessly reading through World Link students’ GYSD reports, National Staff selected the following as the top ten projects for this year:
